Who we are
This website belongs to Cobham Design & Build, the design and build showroom on High Street, Cobham KT11 3DP. We decide how the details you send through this website are used. You can reach us at [email protected] or on .
What we collect
When you book a showroom visit or send us a 3D design, we receive:
- your name and mobile number
- your postcode and any notes, if you add them
- the type of project and the day you picked
- a summary of your 3D design, if you made one
- the page you sent it from and the time you sent it
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange your visit and talk to you about your project. We do this because you asked us to get in touch, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our work. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking first.
Who else handles it
We don't sell your details. A few companies handle them for us so the website and our email can work:
- Cloudflare hosts this website
- Resend delivers your enquiry to our inbox
- our email provider stores the enquiry once it arrives
This website also loads its fonts from Google and the 3D designer's code from Cloudflare's cdnjs, so those services can see your IP address when a page loads. Some of these companies may handle data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer should be covered by safeguards under UK data protection law.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. If you make a 3D design, your browser keeps it for that session so it can carry over to the booking form. Cloudflare may set a security cookie if it needs to protect the site.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and for any longer period the law requires. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them. You can also object to how we use them, ask us to limit it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email us and we'll help.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
